A. The company follows 1 year limited warranty. Start from the date of receipt of the product.
B. All Products have warranty and undergone meticulous inspection before shipment.
C. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, tampered, forged, alteration or modification will not be covered by the warranty.
D. Coverage includes;
  A) Trouble-shooting
  B) Maintenance
  C) Repairs
E. Products subject for A/S services undergo rigid inspection from trained engineer to determine and investigate the damage and authenticity of the product.
F. Upon purchase of our items you are entitled for the A/S support. Start from the receipt of product.
G.Troubleshooting and Repair is free at this period of time. Only the sending fee and related TAX charges are shouldered.
H. For warranty issues and claim contact the customer service, for additional information and requirements.
I. Other than the terms provided in this warranty policy, there are no other warranties

Return & Refund Policy

A. To provide a safe and fair trading experience, we allows a 10-day return/refund policy for goods purchased on the mall.
